InHarmony was commissioned to develop a master plan for the resort area of the ski resort to provide a guideline and strategies for the future development of the resort.
Project Description
InHarmony Consulting Mandate;
InHarmony's mandate was to analyze and provide a strategic plan to the client in order to integrate the directions of the mountain's future development into the regional and municipal master plan.
Many issues were at stake: the environment, the servicing of the future project with private water and sewer infrastructures, the reduction of the environmental footprint of the project and the preservation of several hundred acres for recreational and ecological needs, etc.
The ski area will eventually include multi-residential village-style housing at the base and top of the mountain, condominiums, single-family homes, local retail and hotel(s).
